I have complained a lot about COVID. Lockdowns travel bans, masks.
It was all put into perspective this week when I wrote about my friends’ 102-year-old grandmother. She lived through the Spanis Flu and also COVID. As well as numerous wars, 17 American presidents and about 100 Police Academy movies.
She still lives alone, and I had to find out her advice for a long and happy life.
Spoiler alert- less Netflix and being more active.
